Registration | Sacred Space Conference

The Sacred Space Conference is the premier annual esoteric conference on the East Coast for intermediate to advanced practitioners. Meeting in March in the Washington, DC/Baltimore area, each year our featured teachers and a host of highly qualified regional teachers offer a wide variety of workshops and rituals developed for a more advanced audience.  Our attendees tell us that they are particularly grateful for the opportunity to pursue their continuous development in the company of their peers across many magickal traditions

On January 12, the Free Library of Philadelphia will be hosting Philadelphia: City of the Uncanny and the Arcane. Such a groovy name. The library will even have a special guest from the Philadelphia Obscura Society.

Wiccadelphia — The Firebird Festival is an annual celebration of…

The Firebird Festival is an annual celebration of arts and culture that is held in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.
This year marks the 13th year of the festival, as it returns to Friendship Field on December 3rd, 2016.
http://firebirdfestival.com
The Firebird Festival mission is to provide an annual celebration of the borough of Phoenixville’s namesake – the Phoenix. Just as the Phoenix rose from its own ashes, the town of Phoenixville has risen, and continues to rebuild and improve the local community, after the loss of its principle industry in the early 1980’s.

The festival is designed to foster a collaboration of local artistic and creative talent, and to enhance the overall cultural life of Phoenixville.
100+ performers, an expansive craft vendor area, and gourmet food trucks and vendors from the Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs will be on site to welcome the thousands of participants who flock to Phoenixville for the festival.
There will also be a parade from downtown Phoenixville, leading its way up to Friendship Field. The community is encouraged to join in the parade, which will feature paper lanterns, peace birds, puppets, dancers, drummers and more.
There will be continuous shuttle buses connecting downtown to the bird site at Friendship Field.

Wiccadelphia — Parade of Spirits, Liberty Lands

i just had a feeling that our new cover photo would be by Steven Schultz. (i wish brian wasn’t cut off by the profile photo though!) this is amazing.

PARADE OF SPIRITS (formerly Krampuslauf Philadelphia) falls on Saturday, December 17, 2016. Starting spot is Liberty Lands Park. The tradition of it being a participatory event (rather than a spectator event) continues, so prepare to dress up as your favorite spirit from folklore, Wild Hunt character, traditional cryptic entity, etc., and join the Parade!
